The staff were very friendly, the room was very clean (cleaned daily) and the pool area was very nice. My recommendations to improve the hotel and make it even better would be: - More comfortable beds. The mattress in the room was very hard and caused back-ache. - Better breakfast. The breakfast options were very basic. - A more modern bathroom These changes would change my opinion of the hotel from 'very good' to 'excellent'. | 5 |
